Groma NAV REIT, Inc. (the "Groma Real Estate Trust") is a Maryland corporation formed to acquire, own, and operate a diversified portfolio of primarily small- to mid-sized multifamily residential real estate assets located in dense urban markets in the United States. The Company is externally managed by Groma Advisor, LLC (the "Advisor"), a wholly owned subsidiary of GromaCorp, Inc. ("GromaCorp", or the "Sponsor").
Groma Real Estate Trust shares may only be purchased by eligible investors who will then be able to view their holdings in a web portal online and on-chain represented as GromaCoins™. The official record of shares is held by Colonial Stock Transfer. Questions may be directed to investor-relations@groma.com at any time.
